Return & Exchange Policy

1.Apparel, Footwear & Wearable Accessories (Tracksuits, shirts, shorts, shoes, socks, caps, sweatbands, etc.).

Eligibility:

• Return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags/labels attached and in original packaging.
• Allowed Reasons: Size/fit issue, change of mind, not as described.
• Shipping: Return shipping borne by customer for change-of-mind/size/fit.

2. Bags, Bottles & General Accessories (Bags, bottles, Caps, etc.).

Eligibility:

• Return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Condition: Item must be unused, no scratches/marks, original condition & packaging.
• Allowed Reasons: change of mind, not as described.
• Not Eligible: Items used even briefly, tested, minor wear from testing.
• Shipping: Return shipping borne by customer for change-of-mind.

3. Hygiene & Personal Care Items (Undergarments, Socks, body sprays, deodorants, etc.) .

Policy:

• ❌ No returns/exchanges once seal is broken or used.
• ✅Exception: Defective/damaged/Wrong items will be replaced (claim within 48 hours with photos/videos).

4. Sports Equipment (Technical/Performance Items (Rackets, bats, blades, balls, protective gear, etc.).

Eligibility:

• Return or exchange within 3 calendar days of delivery.
• Condition: Item must be unused, no scratches/marks, original condition & packaging, no play/testing, grip intact, no alterations.
• Allowed Reasons: change of mind.
• Not Eligible: Items used even briefly, grip removed/tampered, tested, minor wear from testing.
• Shipping: Return shipping borne by customer for change-of-mind.

5. Heavy / Large / Installation-Required Items (Gym machines, weights, benches, cardio equipment, Table Tennis Table, etc.).

Policy:

• ❌ No returns for change of mind.
• ✅ Defective/damaged on arrival replaced (claim within 48 hours with unboxing photos/videos).
• Must remain unused/uassembled and in original packaging.

• Used, worn, damaged (unless our fault), or altered items.
• Opened hygiene/personal care products.
• Customized/personalized/special-order items.
• Bulk/wholesale/commercial orders (handled case-by-case).
• If any part is missing.
• Items without original proof of purchase/order number.
• Items without original, opened or damanged packaging.

• Notify within 48 hours of deliver.
• Provide clear photos/videos (unboxing + issue) via email/WhatsApp.
• We arrange free replacement or refund (including return shipping) if confirmed our error.

• Subject to stock availability.
• If item is unavailable: Full refund (minus deductions).
• No extra shipping charge if exchange due to our mistake.
• Items bought online cannot be exchanged/returned at our physical stores.

Items purchased on sale, discount, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or refund. However, we do offer exchange facility for such items under the following conditions:

• Size/Fit Issue.
• Exchange request must be made within 3 calendar days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Important

• If the desired size or item is not available, refund will not be applicable.
• Item exchange in fitness or sports is applicable only if wrong/defective/damaged item is delivered.
• No exchange on any sale item for change of mind.

📋 Return Process

2. Get approval + return instructions/label (if applicable).

3. Ship back securely (use reliable courier; track it).

4. We inspect (usually 2–3 days) if eligible for exchange/refund.

5. Exchange/refund processed if applicable.

Refund Policy

• Processed within 7–10 working days after we receive & inspect the item.
• Via original payment method or bank transfer.
• Deductions (to cover unavoidable costs):

1. Original delivery/shipping charges (even on "free shipping" orders).
2. Payment gateway/banking fees (2–3% typical).
3. Handling/inspection fee (if applicable).
4. Government taxes (Sales Tax, WHT, etc.) — non refundable per FBR rules.

• Net refund = Original amount minus above deductions.
